Currently serving as the Interim CEO and Board Member of Bravo Group Limited (which includes Agricom Tz Ltd.), one of Tanzania’s leading diversified groups. She provides strategic oversight and steers restructuring initiatives across the logistics, hospitality, and agriculture sectors. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to enhancing governance structures and driving sustainable business expansion.
Nqobile is a prominent voice in Tanzania’s private sector, holding influential board positions at the Agricultural Council of Tanzania (ACT) and the Tanzania Mining Industry Suppliers Association (TAMISA). Through these roles, she actively contributes to national policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and the strengthening of local value chains.
As a serial entrepreneur, Nqobile is the founder and owner of Cashworth Investment Group and Alternative Consultants Limited. Since 2015, her consultancy has provided vital accounting, tax planning, and internal control advisory services to both SMEs and large corporates, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes and financial disputes.
Nqobile is a Certified Public Accountant (TACPA) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Regenesys Business School. Her deep expertise in financial reporting, combined with her experience in public-private partnerships, makes her a strategic asset in fostering transparency and long-term value creation.
